All of our oysters come from Flaggy Shore Oysters. We work closely with local oyster farmers to ensure that we provide you with the best possible produce. To find out more about our oysters, how to shuck them & the local environment why not book our interactive tour by scanning the QR code.


Our shellfish is wild and therefore may vary slightly in size or flavor depending on seasons tides etc. There can be some bones in fish dishes. All of our meat & chicken is sourced from Irish farms.

blossom aromas. Fresh and fruity on the finish making it a
perfect complement for fish dishes or enjoyed on its own.
Coastal Region, South Africa (Biodynamic)
Ripe apple and pear with delicate tropical characters produces a wine with great poise. Intense yet delicate right through to the finish.
Pays d’Oc, France
Lemon yellow in colour tinged with green highlights. Its nose is intense yet fresh with notes of grapefruit and pineapple.
Fresh with lovely flavours of citrus and a lively finish.
Alsace, France (Organic)
Lovely complexity on the nose. Vibrant and crisp with breadth of texture, mineral backbone and truly elegant poise and balance.
Savoie, French Alps
Sustainably farmed on the foot of the French Alps this wine has aromas of white blossom and hawthorn with gun flint reminiscent of the terroir. The finish has lively minerality and lemon flavours.
Rheinhessen, Germany (Organic)
This organically grown Riesling is dry with a delicate fragrance of white peaches, apricot and juicy pears. Classic Rheinhessen, both in expression and elegance.
Rías Baixas, Spain
A fruity wine with marine reminiscences & elegant freshness. This wine is sublime as its saline sweetness compliments all seafood and white meat dishes superbly.
Martinborough, New Zealand (Organic)
Lovely aromas of citrus blossom and jasmine. Subtle flavours of fresh lime and grapefruit are balanced with a texture that is reminiscent of the stones and limestone of this sustainably farmed vineyard. Finishing dry, fresh and long.
Loire Valley, France
Pale golden-green. Remarkable and aromatic intensity on the nose. It is lively on the palette, with very pleasant acidulous characteristics prolonged by light fruity notes. Full and refreshing, it is dominated by flinty stones and chalk typical of fine Sancerre wines.
Rias Baixas, Spain
This elegant and sophisticated vegan friendly aromatic white wine is perfectly balanced with white fruits and balsamic notes. Lots of passion fruit combine with the extraordinary saline touch characteristic of this wine from the ageing on its own lees and 6 months in new French oak barrels.

This Premier Cru Chablis is fresh yet rich on the palate.
Citrus blossom and green apple flavours combine with a salty minerality and clean finish. This results in a richly textured

Tokaji, Hungary
This sublime 5 Puttonyos Tokaji is a modern interpretation of this Hungarian classic. It’s from the superb Royal Tokaji Company, founded in 1990. The 2016 is rich, sweet and complex with dazzling intensity and freshness.

Red Wine
Pays d’Oc, France
Deep purplish red in colour and boasts an intense nose with notes of blackberry and peppermint. Round and delectable on the palate with lovely flavours of black fruit.
Sicily, Italy
Aromas of ripe forest fruits, notes of toasted nuts and truffles. Soft and velvety tannin, complex and full-bodied. Hints of black fruits, vanilla and spice. Warm chestnut finish.
Cotes du Rhone Villages (Organic)
Ripe fruity nose of blackcurrants and redcurrants as well as some liquorice. It has a lovely freshness in the mouth with ripe fruit, freshness and roundness. Tannins are well matured
and smooth on the finish.
Rioja Valley, Spain
Cherry red, bright and intense with violet hints. Intense aromas of fresh fruits such as blackcurrants and blackberries. Structured and rounded, it is full bodied and has well integrated fruits and oak. The finish is long with fine, well-balanced tannins.
Cahors, France
Smoky, black fruit flavours with a hint of red cherries and spice.
Savoie, French Alps
This small, family-owned sustainable producer grows mostly local, less well known, grapes such as Mondeuse native to the French Alpine region of Savoie. This wine is light yet intensely flavoured with notes of cherry, damson, plum and star anise.
Piedmont, Italy
A pure, bright red, with garnet red colour and delicate aromas of roses and red fruits. Balanced structure, freshness and understated power, this is a rounded and gently spicy red with a lingering finish.
Burgundy, France – (Organic)
A true delight and a great harmony. A beautiful purple colour. On the nose, delicate and fruity aromas such as strawberry and red currant. On the palate, the tannins are refined and lend a nice roundness to the body. Elegant aftertaste.
St Emilion, France (Biodynamic)
This biodynamic classic Bordeaux wine is made from 95% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Blueberry and blackberries with hints of green pepper, smoke, oak and herbs. Rich and velvety texture. Long satisfying finish.
Sparking & Champagne
Veneto, Italy (Organic)
This delicious sparkling wine comes from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Made from Glera grapes this is a light fresh wine with delicate flavours of pear, apple and peach.
Epernay, France
Pale gold in colour with a delicate and complex nose, with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate, with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle,
ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish. Well balanced with a fresh acidity.
